How does an NFC review card work?
The card contains an NFC chip. When a customer holds their phone near it, the phone opens your review page. A printed QR code works as a backup for phones without NFC.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. All iPhones from XR onwards and almost all Android phones read NFC. Any phone camera can scan the QR code.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the product. There is no subscription and no app.
Setup
How do I connect it to my business?
Paste your Google or Tripadvisor review link at checkout and we program the product before shipping.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. Contact us and we will help you update the link if your business moves or changes name.
What if I don't know my review link?
Leave the field empty at checkout. We will email you and help you find it before we ship.
Ordering & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that, EU shipping is €4.95.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return unused products within 30 days for a full refund.
